Whatfix enables you to copy steps from one Flow to another, which reduces the need to repeatedly create the same steps. The functionality helps when processes or tasks in your application have a few similar steps. You can copy and add Flow steps at any point in a Flow. For more information on Flows and how to create them, see What are Flows? and Create a Flow.
Use the following steps to copy steps to a new Flow:
1. Log in to the application where you want to create content and then launch Whatfix Studio.
2. Click Flow.
3. Enter the name of the Flow that you want to display.
4. On Add Step, click the dropdown icon, and then click Copy Steps.
5. Select the Flow from which you want to copy the steps.
6. Select the steps that you want to copy from the current Flow.
You can select steps only as a sequence. If you select step 1 and then try to select step 4, then all steps in-between are also selected by default.
7. Click Copy.
8. Finish creating the flow.
