Whatfix Flows can be downloaded in PDF format for sharing and printing.
Download a Flow as PDF
Download multiple Flows as PDF
If the Flow title includes spaces or any of these special characters —, <, >, :, ", /, |, ?, *, #, %, period (.), and comma (,) , then they are replaced with an underscore (_) when downloading Flows to prevent errors.
Whatfix enables you to generate a PDF for a Flow in any stage, be it in Draft, Ready, or Production. To generate the PDF, Go to the respective stage and follow the steps mentioned in this article.
Download a Flow as a PDF
Use the following steps to download a Flow as a PDF:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click Flows.

Click the Flow for which you want to download PDF.

Click the PDF icon.

In the pop-up, choose the language in which the PDF needs to be downloaded.

Click Download.
The PDF opens in a new tab, you can download the PDF by clicking the download icon.
Download multiple Flows as PDF
Use the following steps to download multiple Flows as PDF:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click Flows.

Select the required Flows.

Click Share.
- Choose the PDF option.
Whatfix enables you to download the PDF in different languages if you have already translated the Flows in your Languages page.
Select the preferred language using the language selector dropdown menu. For more information on Translation, see Translate Whatfix Content.

Click Download.

Click Next.

In the confirmation pop-up, click Download PDF.

Once the Flows are ready for download, Whatfix sends you an email with a .zip file to the registered email ID.
- If you are using an image in the description field, then there are chances that some parts of the image may get cut off when exported as PDF.
- The end message displayed on the last page can have a maximum height of 650 pixels and a width of 570 pixels. Use the text size and the number of characters to ensure that your end message is within the limit to prevent any cut-off.
