Whatfix Freshdesk integration enables you to sync your Flows as slideshows in your desired Freshdesk folder.

Use the following steps to sync your Flows to Freshdesk,

The Embed option is available only in the Production stage.

  1. On the Whatfix Dashboard, open a Flow that you want to sync, and then click Embed.

  2. Click Sync to Freshdesk.

  3. Enter your Freshdesk account ID. You can find the ID in the URL.

  4. Choose your Freshdesk login method and enter the credentials.

Enter your freshdesk account's email address and password.

  1. After entering the credentials, click next.

  2. Select the Flows you want to sync.

  3. Use the dropdown menu to select the folder that you want to sync content.

  4. Select the embed code type.

  5. Click sync.

Note
Each time you add new content, remember to sync content to Freshdesk using the procedure described above.
