Product Analytics, also known as Whatfix Analytics, enables you to track the engagement of Whatfix DAP content and end user behavior on the application. You can access the Whatfix Analytics dashboard from the Whatfix Guidance dashboard.

Use the following steps to access the Whatfix Analytics dashboard:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click the Product line switcher icon.
In the dropdown, select Whatfix Analytics.

The Whatfix Analytics dashboard opens, and you can access all the features, such as User Actions and Insights.

On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, you can use the Product line switcher icon to switch back to the Whatfix Guidance dashboard.
