How do I get analytics data across CLM stages in the New Guidance Analytics Dashboard experience?

This CLM-based filtering feature helps you gain valuable insights specific to each stage and optimize content management strategies accordingly. This capability is available for the New Guidance Analytics Dashboard experience as well.

Pre-requisite:

In Settings, add the stage for which you want to see data. For more information, see Get Analytics Data across CLM Stages.

Use the following steps to get analytics data from different stages on the New Guidance Analytics Dashboard:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Guidance analytics.

  2. Click Summary.

  1. Click Filter.guidance_analytics_filter

    Your title goes here

    By default, Guidance analytics data is shown for content and widgets in the Production stage. You cannot disable the data for content and widgets in the Production stage in Settings.

  2. Click Stage name.click_stage_name_in_dashboards_new_ga

  3. Choose the required stage.

You get the analytics data for the chosen stage.

Your title goes here

  • Design includes data from the Ready stage.

  • The chosen Stage name filter is not preserved when you access the Dashboard the next time. By default, the Dashboard is reset to its default state next time you access it. However, Whatfix enables you to export the Dashboard as a PDF with the analytics data for the chosen stage during your current session.

  • The Stage name filter is available for all the Dashboards in the New Guidance Analytics Dashboard experience.
