How do I update my user name?

Whatfix user names are not unique, edit them and change them to something you would like to see when you log in. Your user name appears next to your profile picture on the Whatfix dashboard.

Use the following steps to update your user name,

1. On the Whatfix dashboard, click the Profile icon.
   

2. Click Profile settings.
   

3. Hover your cursor over the user name and then click the Edit icon.
   

4. Enter the new user name.
   

5. Click Save.
