You may need more than one Flow to walk a user through a process in your application. Whatfix enables you to connect one Flow to another Flow at any step. The user can either view the linked Flow or skip it.
This works in both the See Live and Slideshow mode.
Connecting a Flow with another Flow is a two-step process.
Step 1: Find the Flow ID you want to link
Step 2: Connect the Flows
Step 1: Find the Flow ID you want to link
You would need a Flow ID when trying to link multiple Flows or customizing a particular Flow using Advanced Customization.
On the Whatfix Dashboard, click the Flow for the ID you want to find.
On the top left of the page, next to the name of the Flow, click Copy ID.
The Flow ID is copied to the clipboard and is ready to be pasted. You can also view the Flow ID in the URL of the Flow. The last section in the URL is the ID of the Flow.
In this case, the flow ID is 5166b170-a146-11ec-90f5-000d3a5780c8.
Step 2: Connect the Flows
After the element selection, when creating a Flow, select the word you want to hyperlink, and then click the Insert Link icon from the toolbar.
In the URL field, enter the Flow ID in the format wfx-< flow ID > as shown in the following image.
Click Insert.
Click Save Step to finish creating the step, and then continue creating the Flow.
