Manage Custom Translation Tool

Whatfix enables you to edit, delete and view additional details for the custom translation tool in the Translation tools page.
After you have successfully integrated the custom translation tool, perform the following steps to to translate content through your custom tool:
Step 1: Activate the custom translation tool
Once you have entered all the required details for the custom translation tool, activate the custom tool to automatically translate Whatfix content using the selected integration.
Note:
Only one translation tool can be active at a time. By default, Microsoft Azure becomes the translation tool if you have not activated any other custom tool. For more information, see Translate Whatfix Content.
Use the following steps to activate the translation tool:
Click Settings.
Click Translation Tools.
In the Details tab, enable the toggle for the translation tool.
Step 2: Perform a sample translation
After you activate the tool, perform a sample run to verify if the tool is configured correctly.
Prerequisite:
You must auto-translate a piece of content from the Translations page. For more information, see How do I translate Whatfix content?
This action sends the content to the custom translation tool for translation.
If the the integration is successful, the status column displays a Success badge and the translated Whatfix content auto populates in the Translations page for the respective language.
If the integration is unsuccessful, the status column displays a Failure badge.
For more information, click the Success or Failure badge to view additional details.
Additional actions:
View Activity Logs
When the integration fails or succeeds, the Activity logs tab displays the details of the integration run.
Use the following steps to view the details of the run:
Go to the Translation Tools page, and then click Activity logs.
Use the dropdown and select the translation tool for which you want to view the logs.

Based on your requirements, you can perform the following actions:

Description
View Integration
Redirects you to the Setup page and enables you to view and change the configuration accordingly.
Refresh logs
Refreshes the page and loads the latest logs.
Copy logs
Copies the success or failure logs to your clipboard.
Edit and Delete a Translation Tool
Edit:
Use the Edit icon to edit the configurations of the translation tool.
Delete:
Use the Delete icon to delete an integration that you no longer require.
