Overview
Whatfix and Oracle integration enables you to segment users based on their Role, Department, Job type, and other related information to show personalized Whatfix content.
Note:
Integrating Whatfix and Oracle Fusion requires backend configuration that can only be done by Whatfix. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
Personalize the user experience based on the following conditions:
Show a Welcome Pop-up to new users based on their Job Information and employment type.
Show a Success or Task completion Pop-up when a process is done using the Business Unit information.
Automatically trigger a flow on login or task completion based on a user's role and department.
Show survey forms in a Pop-up to gather feedback from a department.
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
