The Software version based preview is a Beta feature and is supported only for Player Extension and JS Embed mode of deployment. To enable Software version based preview in Whatfix Studio, contact support@whatfix.com.
During the 15-day testing period for a software update, newly created content is tested against the latest software version in your Testing environment. As a result, content might work differently in a Production environment running an older software version.
Whatfix Studio now enables you to preview content against different software versions. When you enable Preview Mode, select the software version against which you want to preview the content. By default, Preview Mode uses the Production software version.
