Note:
Whatfix evaluates only one Smart Tip Collection per page at any given time. To show two or more Smart Tips on the same page, create them as part of a single Collection.
Whatfix also enables you to display multiple Smart Tip Collections on the same page. To enable this feature, contact support@whatfix.com.
Whatfix enables you to show a Smart Tip based on an action a user performs. This helps you provide contextual nudges to your end users. Select an element and add a User Action as a Visibility Rule to show a Smart Tip to your users.
Note:
As a prerequisite, you need to create a User Action before adding it to a Visibility Rule.
Use the following steps to add User actions as a condition to a Smart Tip under the Visibility Rules:

Log in to the application where you want to create content, and then launch the Whatfix Studio.

Under CONTENT, click Smart-tip.

Enter a name for the Smart tip Collection.
- A Smart Tip Collection is a group of Smart Tips created on the same page of an application.
- The Smart Tip Collection name is solely for your reference and is not visible to the end user.
- Click Add help tip to create a new Smart Tip.
Select an element on the application to which you would like the Smart Tip to point.
Enter the purpose of the Smart tip.
Go to the Visibility Rules tab.
Expand the When does the Smart Tip start appearing dropdown.
Under the Dropdown, select User performing an action.
Under the What would you like to observe? dropdown, select Whatfix User action.
Choose the User action you want to add and click Add.
Click Save Tip.
