Create Text Content

Textual content can be used to answer simple queries or FAQs using short answers. Text content can be accessed from both the Self Help and Task List widgets. This saves your user the time to navigate to a link outside your application just to see a simple answer.

Use the following steps to create text content,

1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
   

2. On the top right, click the Create button and then click Article.
   

3. Add the Title, Description, Tag, and Keywords and then click Save article.
   

4. Once created, you can find the Text Content on the Dashboard. Text content is depicted by its own icon on the Dashboard.
