Create a Link

Link your external resources like support articles or content to your Whatfix widgets. Links can be included in Self Help, Task List, and Beacons to provide contextual help about your application.

Use the following steps to create link content:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

  2. Click All content.

  3. Go to the Draft stage.

  4. Click Create content.

Note:

To view the content that you just created, go to the Draft Stage of the Dashboard.

  1. Click Link.

  2. Enter the Display Text, the actual Link, and the Keywords and add any tags if needed.

  3. Click Save link.
    CLM_save_link

Note:

You can view the link that you just created in the Draft Stage of the Dashboard.
