Cross Application Flow enables you to create Flows that can be displayed across multiple desktop applications. A single Flow can run on different applications without breaking. For example, you can introduce new users to all the desktop applications your product works on. You can also onboard new employees with a tour of the applications your organization uses, and show them the various features associated with each application.
Before enabling cross app Flows for your account, contact support@whatfix.com to configure all the applications you want your Flows to run across, like, MS Teams, SAP GUI, Slack, and more.
Use the following steps to enable cross-app Flows for your account:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

Click Advanced customisation.
- Paste the following code in the window:
window._wfx_desktop_enable_cross_app_flows = true; - Click Save.
To view Flows across applications, all the applications the Flow needs to run on must already be open on your desktop, even if they are minimised or running in the background.
