Add a Video to Self Help

Whatfix enables you to add videos to Self Help. Create videos within a Self Help Segment or add existing videos to a segment.
When end users click a video content in Self Help, a pop-up appears, and the video plays inside the pop-up, as shown in the following image:

Create Videos within a Self Help Segment

Use the following steps to create a video within a Self Help segment:

4. Click Create and then select Video using the dropdown.
   

5. Enter the Title and upload the video or insert the Video Link.
   

6. Click Save Video.
   

Add existing Videos to a Self Help Segment

Use the following steps to add an existing video to a Self Help Segment:

4. Click Add Content.
   

5. Filter the content using the Filter option. From the dropdown, select VIDEO.
   

6. Select the required video, and then click Okay.
   

7. Click Save.
