Add action buttons in Flow Steps and configure them to trigger a new flow, trigger a branch, jump to any other step in the same flow, move to the next step(s), or open external URLs. It also supports decision tree scenarios. For more information on how to create Action Buttons in Flows, see Understand Action Buttons in Flows.
Whatfix enables you to add Action Buttons in Flows. For example, add or delete any Action Button, rename the button text, configure the actions in the buttons, or customize the buttons as required.
Use the following steps to edit Action Buttons in Flows on the Whatfix Guidance dashboard:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click Flows.

Hover your cursor over the Flow you want to update, and then click the Edit icon.

Go to the step and then click the Edit icon.
Edit the button as required. Whatfix enables you to add or delete any Action Button, rename the button text, configure the actions in the buttons, or customize the buttons further on the Dashboard.
Click Save to save the step.
Click Save to save the Flow.

Use Launch Live Edit to re-select the Flow steps to manage UI changes.
Preview the Flow with Action Buttons before publishing it. For more information, see Preview a Flow and Push all Whatfix content and widgets to Production. To display the Flow in Self Help or Task list, add the Flows to the widgets, configure the Visibility Rules for the Self Help or Task list segments, and then use Preview mode to test the Flows before publishing them.
