Introducing Element Agnostic Flows
What is new?
Now an alternate Flow experience is available for applications where Flows don't work as expected.
Why does it matter to me?
Now with Element Agnostic Flows, provide step-by-step guidance for applications where element detection and selection aren't feasible. While you use the cursor to select elements in regular Flows, in Element Agnostic Flows, you just have to drag the cursor over a specific area to select an element.
How do I do this?
Element Agnostic Flows is a Beta feature. Use the Sign up for Beta button to get access to Element Agnostic Flows. For more information, Create an alternate Flow.
Enhanced privacy in Flow screenshots and Multi Format Outputs
What is new?
A new censor option to hide sensitive information is now available on Flows and Element Agnostic Flows.
Why does it matter to me?
Previously, hiding sensitive information in Flows when exported as PDF, Videos, and Slideshows was not possible. Now, it is possible to mask any sensitive information in the UI, such as passwords, usernames, and email IDs, using the censor option under Advanced Options.
How do I do this?
For more information on the censor option, see Hide sensitive information in Flows.
Smart Tips on Hover
What is new?
Now, use the Hover option when configuring Smart Tips so that the Tip appears when your end users hover their cursor over the selected element.
Why does it matter to me?
Previously, end users would have to click the Smart Tip i icon to view the Tip. Now, they can hover the cursor over the selected element where the Smart Tip is configured to get the information.
How do I do this?
For more information, see Create Smart Tips.
System level Studio installation for Citrix Machines
What is new?
System level Studio installation is now feasible for enterprises with Citrix workspaces on a single machine and is compliant with their IT policies.
Why does it matter to me?
Previously, Studio installation at system level on a Citrix machine for multiple users was not possible. Now, enterprises where a single machine is shared between multiple users can enable Studio access for all users with system level installation.
How do I do this?
For more information, see Choose an installation method.
