Self Help can be disabled and enabled again at any time. Once disabled, the widget is removed from your application immediately, and your end users can no longer access it.
Note:
Only an Account Manager can perform the following task. For more information about available roles, see Whatfix User Roles.
Use the following steps to disable the Self Help segment:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click All widgets.

Click Production tab.

Select the Self Help segment that you want to disable using the checkbox, and then click Remove from production.

In the confirmation pop-up, click Remove from production.

Note:
Whatfix sends you an email once the Self Help is removed from Production.
