What is a Flow?
A Flow is an in-context step-by-step guide inside a desktop application. When your end users access a Flow from the Self Help section, a card appears on their desktop. The card includes steps that guide your end users to complete a task without any friction or hassle.
Alternate Flow creation is used for guidance during the following scenarios:
