Overview

Rage clicking happens when users repeatedly click on an element in a short period of time. With FullStory and Whatfix integration, you can identify such instances of rage clicking and show appropriate Whatfix content when the system detects a 'rage clicking' user.

This integration is used to reduce user frustration and soothe users in case of rage clicks on the application.

Use Cases

Here are some use cases that are possible using this integration:

Reduce customer frustration in case of rage clicks on the application.
Guide the customer to show a Smart Tip on the page if multiple clicks are detected.
