How can I check if the latest version of Whatfix is installed?

It is recommended to have the latest version of Whatfix installed to get access to new features and fixes.

To check if you have the latest version installed:

  1. Open the File Manager.
    Desktop_file_manager.png

  2. Go to the location where Whatfix is installed and open it.
    Desktop_Whatfix_files.png

  3. Click version.json file to view the latest version of Whatfix Player.

Note:  

If you want to view the latest version of Whatfix Studio, follow the same steps and open the Whatfix Studio folder instead of Whatfix Player.
