How can I make the Whatfix content appear again after stopping it?

If you've stopped Whatfix content from appearing on the app by manually quitting the Whatfix related processes in the Task Manager then you can make them appear again by restarting the Whatfix apps.

To make the content appear again,

  1. Open the File Manager and then go to the location where Whatfix is installed.

  2. Go to Whatfix Player folder and then double-click the Start Player file to install it.

  3. Once installed, Whafix content starts appearing on the app again.
