You may choose to uninstall an older version of the Whatfix Desktop Player and then reinstall the latest version. For more information about installing the Player, see How to Install Whatfix Desktop Player.
Uninstall the Player at a user level and system level. However, in case the Player is installed using System level distributor, you must first uninstall the Player from the Program Files and then uninstall it for each end-user's localappdata as well. If the Player isn't uninstalled on a system level before removing it from users' localappdata, the Player gets reinstalled every time the user signs into their respective account.
