Step 1: Whitelist trusted Whatfix domains
Before getting started with Whatifx Desktop, you need to whitelist specific domains to ensure that your applications can communicate with Whatfix and fetch content for your end users to view.

Step 2: Install the required applications
After Whitelisting the required domains, download the installation files of the following applications and configure them on your desktop,
The Whatfix Studio
A desktop application that enables you to create different types of content, like Flows, Beacons, Pop ups etc.
Note
The Desktop Studio is required by content creators to create Whatfix content and widgets. End users only need the Whatfix Player app installed on their desktop.
The Whatfix Player
A desktop application that enables you to preview the created content, and display it to your end users.
Microsoft Accessibility Insights
An application that helps identify User Interface (UI) elements and analyze applications for any advanced configurations.
Double click the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
FlaUI: An application that helps analyze desktop applications for advanced configurations. Download the installation file here.

FlaUI is automatically installed on your desktop.
