Issue
You are trying to install the latest version of the Whatfix Desktop Studio or Player but are unable to do so.
Probable Cause
The older versions of the Whatfix Desktop Studio or Player are overwritten when newer versions are installed. But in some cases if the previous version is too old, then there may be issues with installing the newer version of the Studio or Player.
Suggested Solution
Manually uninstall the older versions of the Studio or Player and then try re-installing the newer versions.
