Whatfix Widgets not appearing

Issue

Whatfix Desktop widgets aren't appearing in MS Teams.

Probable Cause

Whatfix Desktop widgets do not get displayed if the application isn't maximised, the widgets aren't in production, or Whatfix isn't running on your device.

Suggested Solutions

• Check if the Microsoft Team app is active and in focus.
• Check if the WhatfixCheckrunningProcess/WhatfixMonitor and NWJS are running in the Task Manager.
