Add a Link to a Task List

Whatfix enables you to add a link to an external source of content in the list of the content displayed in Task List.
Here's a GIF on how a link clicked from Task List opens on your application.
There are two ways to add a link to Task List.

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click Task lists.

Go to the required Task List segment, and then click the Edit icon.

Click Create, and then select Link using the dropdown.

Enter the purpose of the link in the Title field and link in the Link field.
NoteEnter search keywords and add tags, if needed.

Click Save.

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click Task lists.

Go to the required Task List segment, and then click the Edit icon.

Click Select.

Set the filter to LINK.

Hover your cursor over the link(s) you want to add and select using the checkbox, and then click Okay.

Click Save.
