Overview
Using Integration in Whatfix, data from your Amplitude account can be shared with your Whatfix account, and different content can be shown to a specific group of users.
Any type of content segmentation is possible based on the events and group details from Amplitude.
Use cases
Here are some use cases that are possible using this integration:
- Show a Pop-up to all users every time someone leaves the app in less than 30 seconds.
- Show a Beacon on an option that users haven't clicked at least once.
- Show survey forms in a Pop-up to get feedback from users who have used a new feature at least three times.
How it works
Authentication
Amplitude follows Basic Auth for REST APIs, and Whatfix uses the Token-based authorization method.
