Whatfix Flows can be created across applications. However, when creating content across applications, there are some configurations that you must enable. For more information, contact support@whatfix.com.
Once the configurations are enabled, Flows can be created in the same way as you create them on a single application.
Note:
- The tooltip color and other theme settings could be different on the second application. The theme settings are configured at an application level. Hence, when a user follows a Flow across different applications, the tooltip might change color on the first step of the second application. This happens only if both applications have their own theme configurations for Whatfix. When capturing cross application steps, all the steps are stored in the first application's account, but the settings are applied from the respective accounts.
