A copy of a Pop-up can be created only in the widget section within the dashboard.

Create a copy of a Pop-up

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
    ia_left_nav_widgets

  2. Click Pop-ups.
    ia_widget_popups

  1. Hover your cursor over the Pop-up you want to copy, and then click the Copy icon.
    Click_copy_Pop-up

  • Whatfix content and widgets can be copied in Draft, Ready, and Production stages.
  • The copy of the Whatfix content or widget is created with the title: Copy of <Content/Widget Title>.
    Click_copied_Pop-up
  1. Hover your cursor over the copied Pop-up, and then click the Edit icon.
    Click_edit_Pop-up
