Whatfix enables you to create a copy of a Pop-up and modify it.

A copy of a Pop-up can be created only in the widget section within the Dashboard.
Create a copy of a Pop-up

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click Pop-ups.
Hover your cursor over the Pop-up you want to copy, and then click the Copy icon.

Whatfix content and widgets can be copied in Draft, Ready, and Production stages.
The copy of the Whatfix content or widget is created with the title: Copy of <Content/Widget Title>.
Hover your cursor over the copied Pop-up, and then click the Edit icon.
Edit the copied Pop-up. For more information, see Create Popups with Templates.

Note:
The copied Pop-up appears on your application only after you push it from the Draft or Ready stage to the Production stage. For more information, see Push Whatfix content and widgets to Production.

To reset the display count for all users, including users who have already seen the Pop-up, copy the Pop-up and publish the copy. Whatfix treats the copy as a new widget, so it appears to all users again.
