Create a copy of a Self Help segment

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

  2. Click Self Help.

  1. Hover your cursor over the Self Help segment you want to copy, and then click the Copy icon.

  • Whatfix content and widgets can be copied in the Draft, Ready, and Production stages.
  • The copy of the Whatfix content or widget is created with the title: Copy of <Content/Widget Title>.

  1. Hover your cursor over the copied Self Help segment, and then click the Edit icon to make necessary changes.
