Preview Self Help

You can preview a Self Help segment using Preview Mode before publishing it and making it available for your end-users. Previewing Self Help enables you to test and experience the segment exactly like your end-users would.

Use the following steps to preview a Self Help segment,

  1. Navigate to the application in which you want the Pop-up to appear.

  2. On your toolbar, click the Whatfix Editor plugin to launch the Editor.

  3. On the top, next to the account infomation drop-down, click the Preview icon.

  4. On the confirmation pop-up, click Enter.

If the Self Help segment that you want to preview is in the Draft stage, then select the Include Draft content and widgets checkbox.
