Enterprise Control Center
The Enterprise Control Center (ECC) enables you to centrally manage enterprise applications at a portfolio level. Using the ECC dashboard, you can seamlessly manage the various accounts and user roles.
The ECC dashboard provides the following functionalities:
View all existing accounts associated with the organization.
Access the dashboard for a specific account or enterprise (ENT) by clicking the application name.
View all users and their roles.
Invite users and assign roles to different applications.

Enterprise Insights
Enterprise Insights (EI) enables better visibility of application usage and Whatfix DAP (Digital Adoption Platform) engagement metrics across enterprise applications at the portfolio level.
Enterprise Insights consists of two metrics:
Consolidated Whatfix DAP metrics (Flow started, Self Help shown, and more): Shows the overall usage of Whatfix content and widgets across all applications.
Adoption Health metrics (Adoption score, Application utilization %, and more): Helps you understand the end-user behavior on the underlying applications.
This data enables identification and implementation of initiatives to improve adoption or optimize application license utilization costs.
