Whatfix enables you to resize the height and width of videos in Pop-ups to ensure they fit your widget layout.
Use the following steps to resize a video in a Pop-up:
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
Click Pop-ups.
Hover your cursor over the Pop-up segment you want to configure, and then click the Edit icon.
On the Pop-up template, click the Video component, and then click the Resize options icon.
On the Image Froala Toolbar, make the following changes:
a. Fit to height: Enter the height in pixels to set a custom video height.
b. Fit to width: When selected, the video adjusts to its original width.Note:
Enable the Ignore safe area toggle to extend the video beyond the safe area boundaries.
Finish creating the Pop-up and click Save Popup.
Note:
If you click Discard, all the modifications you've made to the Pop-up are lost, and the Pop-up reverts to its previous saved state.
