Issue
The Smart Tip icon appears on a side panel after a delay when the page loads, and briefly stays visible on the underlying application (where it should not appear) after the panel is closed.
Cause
When the side panel opens or closes, the underlying application's DOM structure triggers Smart Tips to revalidate their position. The default mutation check interval slows down this revalidation, causing a delay while showing or hiding the Smart Tip.
Suggested Solution
Set the Mutation Throttle Interval for Smart Context (ms) to 100ms. This makes Smart Tips appear and disappear almost instantly. To know more, see Set Mutation Throttle Interval.
