Translate Self Help Folder Names

Whatfix enables you to translate the folder titles that appear within a Self Help widget.

Use the following steps to translate the folder name:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

  2. Click Translations.
    db_click_translations

  3. In the Translations section, select the language.
    db_language_added

  1. Expand the content type dropdown.

  2. Select Self Help.
    The Content Type dropdown displays the Self Help selection.

  3. Select Self Help that contains the folder titles that you want to translate.
    The Translation page displays a Self Help widget.

The folder names appear in the following format:
The Self Help translation page displays the default folder names.

  1. Click Translate all.
    The Translation page displays the Translate all button.

To translate specific labels, select the fields you want to translate, and then click Translate selected.

    The Translate all fields pop-up shows the Translate button.

  2. Click Save.
    The Translation page displays the save button.
