Download Survey Report

Article Summary

Whatfix enables you to download Survey reports, which help you analyze Survey responses and share the reports with other stakeholders.

Use the following steps to download a Survey report:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Guidance analytics.
    ia_left_nav_guidance_analytics

  2. Click Surveys.
    ia_guidance_analytics_surveys


3. In the Summary tab, select the time frame you want the report for, and then click Go.

You can download up to six months of Analytics data at any given time.


4. Click Export Data.

Once the report is ready, you will receive a zip file of the report through email. You can extract the CSV file from the zip file.

Understand the Survey Report

The Survey report shows you the User IDs and responses of the end users who participated in the Survey.
