Edit roles of existing Users

Note:

Only an Account Manager can perform the following task. For more information about available roles, see Whatfix User Roles.

Use the following steps to change the role of a user:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.
    ia_left_nav_settings

  2. Click Teammates.
    ia_settings_teammates_two_levels

  1. On the User profile, click the Lock icon.
    db_users_lock

  2. Select a role you wish to assign to the user.
    users_lock_expand_roles
