Sync frequency is the time interval between successive Whatfix crawler indexes to update your content from your content repository. By default, the crawler indexes and fetches content from your repository once every 7 days. Depending on how often you update your content, you might need to adjust the frequency to a more suitable interval.
Use the following steps to change the sync frequency:
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.
Click Repositories.
In the Integrated Repositories section, go to the repository for which you want to change the sync frequency.
Under Action, click the more icon.
Click View & Edit.
On the dialog box, click Edit.
Under Sync frequency, select the desired time interval using the dropdown menu.
Whatfix enables you to choose the Sync frequency between 3 and 30 days.
- Click Save.
