Error: Access Denied

Issue

You get an Access Denied error when trying to download Whatfix Flow as a Video, Link, PDF, or ODF file using the download link.

• You try to access the link without logging in to the Whatfix Dashboard. Without proper authentication, Whatfix denies access to the file download.
• Your organization’s firewall, proxy, or security settings block access to Whatfix’s download links.
