You get an Access Denied error when trying to download Whatfix Flow as a Video, Link, PDF, or ODF file using the download link.

Cause

The error occurs because you are trying to access the link without being logged in to the Whatfix Dashboard. Without proper authentication, the system denies access to the file download.

Solution

Log in to your Whatfix Dashboard, and then access the download link to download the Flow as a Video, Link, PDF, or ODF file.
