Getting HTTP Status 404 - Not Found error in the browser tab while clicking the download link for the Guidance Analytics report from the email.

Cause

You get the 404 error if you do not have an active session of the Whatfix Dashboard open while trying to download any Guidance Analytics report.

Solution

Log into your Whatfix Dashboard in the same browser in a new tab, and then open the download link in a side tab.
