Overview
Google Analytics and Whatfix integration enables you to show different content to a specific group of users using the Google Analytics segment.
Use cases
Here are some use cases that are possible using this integration:
- Improve your application experience by showing a Pop-up for all users who have logged in more than five times using the Internet Explorer browser.
- Improve feature adoption by showing a Beacon only to new customers.
- Show survey forms in a Pop-up to get feedback from users who used a new feature three times in specific demography.
How it works
Authentication
Google Analytics uses OAuth 2.0 for authorizing its REST APIs. Whatfix uses Google Analytics Connector, through which users get authorized when calling Google Analytics APIs.
