The following article shows the steps to customize the text and description of the Improved Self Help in your preferred language.
You can customize the title and description of the Improved Self Help widget in any language supported by Whatfix. By default, the widget displays the following text and description:
Title: Welcome to Self Help
Description: Search or explore content for help and tips to make work easier
Whatfix enables you to customize the labels to your preferred language.
Use the following steps to customize the title and description of the Improved Self Help widget in your preferred language:

If you are a Translator, start from step 3.

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.

Click Translations.

In the Translations section, select the language.
Click Custom labels.
In the Categories section, select Self Help (New) - Explorer.
Find the following labels:
explorerWidgetTitle: for the Self Help title
explorerIntroductionHelperText: for the Self Help description
In the Input translations field enter your preferred translation or branding text.

If you choose to translate specific labels, select the labels, and then click Translate labels.
Click Save.
After you preview and publish the Style changes, the Self-Help widget displays the customized title and description for the selected language.
