Preview Self Help

You can preview a Self Help segment using Preview Mode before publishing it and making it available for your end users. Previewing Self Help enables you to test and experience the segment exactly like your end users would.

Use the following steps to preview a Self Help segment:

  1. Log in to the application where you want Self help to appear, and then launch the Whatfix Studio.

  2. Click the Preview icon.

  3. On the confirmation pop-up, click Enter.

Note:

If the content you want to preview is in the Draft stage, then select the Include Draft content and widgets. checkbox.

  1. Refresh the page to Preview the Self Help widget on the application.

Once you preview the widget and disable the preview mode, you have to refresh the page again for the preview mode to be disabled.
