Whatfix follows industry best practices to ensure content security and maintain user privacy.

Any data about users, such as usernames are considered Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and therefore is encrypted throughout - in transit and on rest. So anything that is passed as user information or user segmentation information is secure.

Note:
  • Whatfix supports the https protocol.
  • All accounts/data are access controlled.
  • Whatfix supports self-hosting of Flows. Using Whatfix Export mode, Flows can be self-hosted ensuring that there is no data flow outside your servers/premises.
