Whatfix enables you to copy any widget segment in case you want to reuse certain configurations, but for a different segment of users. Segmentation helps you display content that is relevant to users on a particular page. For example, you can segment content in a self-help widget based on user roles and URL visibility rules so that admin users see a set of content that's different from other users. The rules you set determine to whom you want to display content.

Use the following steps to copy any widget segment:
On the Whatfix Guidance Dashboard, click Widgets.
Hover your cursor over the segment you want to copy, and then click the More icon.
Click the Copy icon on the widget segment.
A copy of the Widget segment called Copy of {segment name} appears on the Dashboard.
Whatfix content and widgets can be copied in Draft, Ready, and Production stages.
