Recognizing and excluding test data is crucial to ensuring that your reports have accurate engagement data.
Use the following instructions to filter test data in Analytics:
- On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Guidance analytics.

Click Filter.

In the pop-up, enter the domains where you want to include or exclude the data from. Use the Plus icon to add multiple domains.

Use the Excludes option to prevent any data from certain domains. Typically used to exclude data from test environments (for example, uat.test.com, sandbox.test.com, and more.)

Use the Includes option if you exactly know the domains from where you want to see the data.

Use static IP Address in place of domains to filter analytics data.
