    How to install the Whatfix Developer extension in Google Chrome?

    The developer extension is used for testing any Whatfix content on your development instance, before the content is pushed out to your users.
    To use the developer extension, you need to install the custom browser extension that was shared with you by our sales or success team member.
    Follow the instructions below to install the extension.

    1. Download the extension ZIP file to your local machine and extract the contents.
    Note:

    It is recommended to use the built-in extraction tool to extract the .zip file

    1. On the Google Chrome toolbar, click the Ellipsis icon.

    2. Click More Tools.

    3. Click Extensions.

    4. Ensure that the Developer mode is enabled.

    5. Click Load Unpacked and upload the extracted extension file to install the extension.
