You are unable to view content in the Draft or Ready stages using the Preview extension.
Probable Cause
While Whatfix automatically updates the Preview extension, sometimes the Preview extension gets outdated due to it not being updated in a while.
Suggested Solution
For single-user installation:
Remove the Preview extension from your browser. For more information, see Uninstall an extension from Google Chrome.
Re-install the Preview extension using Whatfix Studio. For more information, see Install the Preview extension.
For bulk installation: Contact your IT team to update the Preview extension.
