Whatfix enables you to prompt your end users to open Self Help after a period of continuous inactivity. Personalized nudges suggest user-specific content, such as articles, Flows, and more on the page or segment that they are currently on.
Note:
Self Help Personalization must be enabled to activate Personalized Nudges. For more information, see Self Help personalization.
The nudge appears as a tooltip on the Self Help widget in its closed state. Clicking the suggestion opens the content as it would open when accessed from Self Help.

Info
- Personalized nudges display to end users if they have not opened Self Help at least once in their last 5 distinct visits to the application or after 15 days of inactivity.
- Personalized Nudges display the top content from the first five personalized suggestions.
